How long does it take to get a title loan?

If you fill out the application we can have money in your hands in a couple hours.  

What is the interest rate?

The interest rates differ and are dependent on the size of the loan.

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

When we write the agreement, we are going to write it for either 2 or 3 years but you don't have to keep it out that long.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

It doesn't change the interest rate other than you don't pay as much in overall interest as you didn't have it out that long. You can have the loan out as little as one month.  

What documents are needed?

• Copy of your drivers license
• Original Title
• Insurance
• References
• Proof of residence (verify where you live)
• Proof that you have some income of at least $1500 a month 

Should I come to your office first?

This will only slow things down. We need you at your computer and near a fax machine for the first step.  

How is a Title Loan different from an Auto Pawn?

Title Loans gives you a loan where we are placed on the title as a lien holder and do not keep the car. An auto pawn is where you leave the car. We do not do auto pawns as we would need a parking lot big enough to hold over 3000 cars!  

Do I need to be employed?

We need you to show proof of income. What this means is this income can come form a lot of places. You could be retired or on disability. You could have residual income. Either way, we need you to bring in at least $1500 a month.  

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. Is this going to be an issue with you?

No. We are more concerned about the vehicle you want us to pre qualify than your credit.

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

If it has a couple payments left, no issue. We also refinance other company's car title loans in favor of our lower rate.  

I live in California but my car is titled in another state. Is this a problem?

Both the title and you have to be in California.  

My mortgage (or rent) is late. Is this a problem?

Not at all. We have no issue with late mortgage payments or late rent. If you live in an apartment in Sunnyvale or Cupertino, and you move to another, just let us know but your length of residence is not an issue.

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

We only ask people who are self employed to have a bank account.

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

We will do all the DMV work for you. When you get the loan, you will give us your title and authorization to add ourselves to it.
